Sooooo.....it's been a loooooong time.
Update:
-Got off 10 years of academic suspension.
-Made the Dean's List both semesters.
-Won 1st place in the Student Show for drawing.
-Graduated and now have an AFA
-Currently helping out at Montco as teacher's aid for drawing 2/3
-Got a side job helping a prominent local sculptor make a 20ft relief sculpture of the Philly skyline
-Just got accepted to P.A.F.A.....kinda cool
To Do List:
make some art crap
destroy everything I see and lay waste to this world

Week 11

start// Ugh. Screw this journal crap. I have 2 classes this semester that require journals, so forget trying to keep up with this one. Anyway, in class it seems some of my classmates found their sea legs or groove and have been pumping out some good stuff. We are now on to pastels, which I have not used in 12 years. So far so good. My in class stuff has been better, more "me", than my homework piece. I'll work on that. I have 2 pieces in the student show (the 3x3 self and the bar forced perspective piece). I've also taken up databending and glitch art. it's pretty fun. I'm looking to pick up digital art 1 over the summer, so I'm kinda psyched
